Shipping and Packaging

 

All of our packaging is made of 100% recycled cardboard and contains no plastic. We care about the environment!

At Hurtig Lane we love our planet and all animals living on it. All items are lovingly presented and packaged by us.

All of our watches are packaged in recycled paper and cardboard. We avoid all plastic packaging and we are sure to not use excess materials. 

Our Australian Pink Clay mask arrives in a sustainable glass and wood jar and is packaged in a recycled cardboard presentation box.

Once your payment is processed you will receive an e-mail confirmation usually within 10 minutes.


Hurtig Lane cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by public holidays, customs delays, postal strikes or adverse weather conditions.

 

Returns

 
Your order will be carefully checked before shipping to ensure your item arrives in perfect condition.
We are certain that you will love your new cruelty free purchase, but if for some reason you are not 100% satisfied or you have simply changed your mind, please let our team know by contacting us at info@hurtiglane.com. 
Please note that we allow 14 days from receiving your watch to return the item to us, in its original packaging. Once we have received your package you will be fully refunded to the original payment method. 
 
**IMPORTANT** If sending from outside of the EU please mark the parcel as a return with a value of  under €50 or the parcel can be stuck in customs and may be returned to you.
